Menu Plan Monday -9 July 2012

Yesterday was so beautiful.  Only 24C and no real humidity.  It was such a relief.  The hot and stupid humid is coming back with a vengeance for the next 2 weeks, so here goes a menu to keep my kitchen cool (-er), hopefully.

It was actually so beautiful last night that the house has cooled off to 16C!  After all that humidity it almost feels cool.

Monday:

Thursday:

crock pot BBQ meatballs, I'll be using the meatballs from my freezer cooking

leftover bbq chicken

Saturday:

leftover stirfry

leftover goulash

Sunday:  St. Swithin's day -check the weather for fun

Ella and I are going camping with Auntie Belinda and Uncle Stefan -should be interesting??!
