Auntie Belinda and Uncle Stefan came up after camping and stayed (at Grandma's) for a few days, so most of last week's menu didn't happen. Weather continues to be hot and humid so the oven remains OFF. I miss cooking proper meals and really want to do some baking. Sigh, I sure wish it would rain -for like a week.
