Menu Plan Monday -7 June 2010

Well, as you can imagine my menu plan from last week went right out the window.  Colin is doing well, but still has a gaping hole in his side.  The surgeon says it is still 'goopy' and want to leave it open until next week.  Now we'll have to drive into Pembroke every other day to get the dressing changed.  Oh well, hopefully it will keep him quiet.  Good news is, Colin can now eat real food, he's done with the liquids.

Monday:

pork chops and baked potatoes 
 
Tuesday:
chicken sandwich
stuffed chicken breasts
 
Wednesday:
pizza rolls
Bavarian beef pie
 
Thursday:  knit night
pizza rolls
steak and potatoes
 
Friday:
pizza rolls
l/o beef pie
 
Saturday:
corn chowder
chicken Parmesan -Colin's favourite 
 
Sunday:
??
bacon & eggs
