Plans have changed since I made this menu last week. My sister Belinda and BIL Stefan are coming up for the weekend. Ella is so happy. I ended up making some changes, but still it's mostly food we had at home.
Monday:corn chowder
hamburgers
Tuesday:
steak sandwiches
Bavarian beef pie -depending on my week I may try to make my own puff paste
Wednesday:
hamburgers
perogies
Thursday: knit night
oatmeal pancakes
leftover beef pie
Friday: Company Arrives!!
grilled cheese (with fried eggs for Daddy)
sticky chicken -from freezer
Saturday:
??? -depends on what we are doing with Uncle Stefan and Auntie Belinda
pork chops on the bbq
Sunday: maybe in Ottawa with company
