Happily married to my hard working farmer. We have one beautiful, fast growing little girl. We live on the family farm where my husband raises pigs and cash crops. I strive to be a good keeper of the home. I'm born and raised Anglo-Catholic (Anglican) and intend to raise Ella to be a good Christian woman, regardless what the world thinks she should be! To that end we will be homeschooling her and I look forward to that adventure. Why should strangers (i.e. teachers) get to see the joy in Ella's face as she learns new things and not her Momma?!
Hello Everyone! I have a problem. I bought a beautiful rack of beef ribs on grocery day. But I have no idea of what to do with it?? Any suggestions?

Bake on a broiler pan in the oven, then transfer to the grill or brslighty broil for final sauce and carmelization. My Hubby would be thrilled to partake of this meal!!
What she (Kimberly) said! I'll be right over -- I love ribs (and just about anything that doesn't eat me first, LOL)I'll bring baked beans and slaw! :)
I could do them like the pork ones, was just wondering if there was something else I should do with them. That and they are a beautiful big rack and didn't want to cut them. I have a delicious braised short rib recipe I should post one of these days. I don't make it much now that I'm away from the St. Lawrence Market (http://www.stlawrencemarket.com), I can't get nice meaty short ribs up here. I may have my sister bring some up with her next time.

Paula, can't you make them the same way you do your BBQ pork ribs? I make beef short ribs the same way you do the pork ribs and they are delicious!
I'd love to have you girls over :)
