We went to church in Ottawa yesterday, for Palm Sunday. It was such a beautiful service. I've never seen a church 'decorated' in red and black. My church in Toronto has banners, not pictures, so the banners are just removed during Easter week. In Ottawa they have a lot of pictures and so they were all draped in black. Even the priests' vestments were red and black. I wish I had brought my camera.

Wednesday:
pizza rolls -maybe half a recipe since Daddy's working this week and won't be home for lunch

Saturday:

chicken pie -new recipe
Sunday: Easter
lunch/dinner with the in-laws (after we go to their church), it's Grandpa's birthday

Church sounds interesting. We missed church yesterday, Leif has the head cold and I had a miagraine bulding- what is lendenbraten? I'll have to look that one up! Have a blessed Holy week.
