The heatwave continues. I’m trying very hard not to turn on my oven -I’m really loving the BBQ we gave Daddy for father’s day. I do need the weather to break for a few days though, because we’re running out of baked items.
My sister and brother-in-law are arriving on Thursday. Uncle Stefan’s birthday is coming up, so hopefully the weather will be cooler so I can make him a birthday cake without melting.
Monday:
chicken sandwich
steak pizza (didn’t have it last week) on the BBQ
Tuesday:
lunch meat sandwiches
leftover steak pizza
Wednesday:
chicken sandwiches
amazing tenderloin in the crock pot
Thursday:
sausage on a bun -BBQ of course
roast beef on the BBQ
Friday:
tuna sandwiches
hamburgers
Saturday: Deep River Farmers’ Market
leftover roast beef
Sunday:
Bavarian meatballs -crock pot
