Another beautiful weekend. I could take a whole summer like this. Bright and sunny during the day and then cooling off to around 12-15C overnight. Makes summer days much more enjoyable when the house can cool off and you can actually sleep at night.
My good friend from Bancroft is in Pembroke seeing the surgeon (fingers crossed please) and will be stopping by for a bit. I don't get to see her much so I'm very excited.
Menu plan for this week was easy. Ella and I are heading to Toronto (hopefully we make it this time), so I really only have to plan until Wednesday :)
Monday:
BBQ pork on buns with coleslaw and warm potato salad
leftovers
Tuesday:
pb&h
chicken -grocery store
Wednesday:
pizza
leftover chicken
Thursday-Saturday:
knowing Colin -peanut butter and honey sandwiches with maybe a hot dog on the BBQ
Sunday:
pig roast at my SIL's
