Victoria Day today for those with a 'real' job. No such thing as a holiday for livestock farmers. Colin is busy getting the fertilizer on the fields and they hope to finish up the corn planting soon. I'm busy working on a custom sewing project. Wish it would hurry up and rain (gently) it's getting rather dry out there.

chicken a la king -from freezer
Tuesday:
tuna sandwich
Hungarian goulash -crock pot
Wednesday:
my girlfriend is coming today and will need help, so lunch is whatever
Thursday:
hot dogs
steak salad
Friday:
spaghetti
Jane's chicken burger
Saturday:
pizza
roast chicken -make stock with leftovers
Sunday:
roast beef
