Menu Plan Monday -20 July 2012

Last week was so lovely and cool, or at least not humid.  Not sure what this week will hold.  Ella and I have some exciting plans, we're going rock hounding.  There are some mines over in Quadeville (1.5 hrs away) are open to the public.  The one we are going to for sure is a rose quartz mine.  Ella is a little rock hound just like Auntie Belinda and she should have a ball.  It's so hard making a menu when it's hot.  Lunches are going to be hit and miss this week, likely a lot of sandwiches.
