Menu Plan Monday -7 May 2012

Wow, Monday all ready.  After my lovely weekend I don't want to jump into this busy week.  Pork is arriving today, I've got to get my vendors permit from Renfrew before Saturday, got to get stuff together for Market on Saturday, plus the usual laundry, food, dishes, etc.  Laundry is going to be difficult this week because they are calling for rain nearly all week.  We've got the grain stove off so all my laundry drying is outside.

My sister and BIL are coming up this weekend -hurray!  And of course we can't forget it's Mothers' Day on Sunday.

Monday:

casserole roasted chicken with bacon, onions, and potatoes -Julia Child
Tuesday:
spaghetti
tacos
Wednesday:
l/o tacos
l/o chicken
Thursday:
chicken sandwich
brined roast pork (didn't make on Sunday)

Saturday:   Farmers' Market Renfrew

Russian brisket
Sunday:
pork sandwich
ribs -kind to be determined later  :)
