Menu Plan Monday -5 September 2011

Finally some nice cool weather.  It was so humid this weekend.  Not sure what's up for this week.  Saturday we will be in Deep River instead of Renfrew.  They have organized a special Farmers' Market day and hope to see our Deep River customers.  Ella wants me to make an apple pie.  If the weather stays cool I might, I also have a turnover recipe that I want to try.  Pastry takes a hot oven, so I don't do so much in the summer.  Now that the good weather is back I can get back to baking.

new tomato soup recipe (pasta for the non-tomato crowd)

Wednesday:

meatloaf supreme
Thursday:
French onion soup (something else for the non-onion people)

perogies

Saturday:
Special Farmers' Market in Deep River at the waterfront from 10-3
KFC

Bavarian beef pie -also not eaten the last time
