Today is Simcoe Day, we celebrate John Graves Simcoe, the first Lieutenant Governor of Upper Canada (eventually Ontario).  He did a lot to make Ontario and Canada the country that it is today.  He even abolished slavery in Upper Canada (by 1810 there were no slaves in UC).

new chicken and dumpling recipe

new shepherd's pie

crock pot sloppy joes

wieners and beans (Ella's choice)

stuffed tenderloin
