Menu Plan Monday -12 July 2010

Ella is all better today.  Daddy, not so much.  I think his is turning into a chest cough.  Also, the nurse was not impressed to find out he's been back out in the barn already.  His incision hasn't healed much since last week and he has a rash.  So now Daddy is banned from the barn and has some new dressings to use.  I sure hope it heals soon, he's getting cranky being in the house all the time.  

I didn't make it to the Farmers' Market on Friday.  We were getting so much rain I couldn't see where I was driving.  I figured it wasn't worth my life to sell a little pork.  Besides, with as hard as it was raining I doubt any customers would have come out. 

We've been enjoying the last few humidity-free days, but it doesn't sound like it's going to last long.  The hot and humid weather is supposed to be back.  I should get to work and get this week's bread made today while it's still nice. 

Monday:
leftover Quiche
leftover meatloaf


Tuesday:
tuna casserole
leftover chicken


Wednesday:
leftover tuna
chicken croquettes


Thursday:   knit night
spaghetti and meatballs
steak sandwiches


Friday:   Farmers’ Market in Petawawa
pb&h
sweet & sour pork


Saturday:
Taste of the Valley in Arnprior and OVFC delivery day
 

Sunday:
French toast or oiya brote
leftover sweet and sour pork
