Menu Plan Monday - 5 April 2010

Wonderful Easter spent with the family.  Ella was good at the in-law's church (United) even though she didn't enjoy it.  She kept saying 'I don't like this church, I don't want to come here again' -I guess my girl is as Anglican as I  :) 

Not much planned for this week.  I may try to get some spring cleaning done.  Get the winter dirt cleaned up before the cropping dust settles in.

Monday:  dance night
meat perishky
leftover chicken pie

Tuesday:
chili
souvlaki and roast potatoes 

Wednesday:
pancakes
chicken enchiladas -from freezer 

Thursday:   knit night
leftover enchiladas
bacon & eggs

Friday:
corn chowder
oven fried chicken

Saturday:

leftover souvlaki

Sunday:
French toast
leftover oven fried chicken
