Happily married to my hard working farmer. We have one beautiful, fast growing little girl. We live on the family farm where my husband raises pigs and cash crops. I strive to be a good keeper of the home. I'm born and raised Anglo-Catholic (Anglican) and intend to raise Ella to be a good Christian woman, regardless what the world thinks she should be! To that end we will be homeschooling her and I look forward to that adventure. Why should strangers (i.e. teachers) get to see the joy in Ella's face as she learns new things and not her Momma?!
I was wondering around at I'm an Organizing Junkie and I found a whole page of freezer cooking information/sites. I'm sure there's lots of great information there. I'll have to have a closer look.

I've been thinking lots on this topic; my debate- do I want pre-cooked meals to reheat or parts of meals ready to go. I've made a decision on that, and I'm going with parts of meals ready to go- with meat froze in a raw state. That's what I did with the last shopping trip and it worked well. So- I just need to restock the meat in the freezer, with a little prep ahead. (ie making patties & meatballs from hamburger) and dividing up the bulk purchases into meal sized portions. This is going to give me the most flexibility in creating menus. Ah, so nice when I come to a desicion, instead of the wishy-washy back and forth me!

Ah, I'm glad I'm not alone Kimberly, with decision making! My husband teases me about that all the time!
