- Happily married to my hard working farmer. We have one beautiful, fast growing little girl. We live on the family farm where my husband raises pigs and cash crops. I strive to be a good keeper of the home. I'm born and raised Anglo-Catholic (Anglican) and intend to raise Ella to be a good Christian woman, regardless what the world thinks she should be! To that end we will be homeschooling her and I look forward to that adventure. Why should strangers (i.e. teachers) get to see the joy in Ella's face as she learns new things and not her Momma?!

I've been thinking lots on this topic; my debate- do I want pre-cooked meals to reheat or parts of meals ready to go. I've made a decision on that, and I'm going with parts of meals ready to go- with meat froze in a raw state. That's what I did with the last shopping trip and it worked well. So- I just need to restock the meat in the freezer, with a little prep ahead. (ie making patties & meatballs from hamburger) and dividing up the bulk purchases into meal sized portions. This is going to give me the most flexibility in creating menus. Ah, so nice when I come to a desicion, instead of the wishy-washy back and forth me!
Ah, I'm glad I'm not alone Kimberly, with decision making! My husband teases me about that all the time!
